About this role

The Account Manager, Partner Success supports Prescryptive’s employer and channel partner programs, ensuring each partner and their clients experience exceptional service and accurate execution. This role works closely with Partner Success leaders to deliver seamless implementations, benefit changes, and ongoing program support. Acting as the operational lead and day-to-day liaison, this individual helps translate client and partner needs into action plans, coordinates cross-functional delivery, and supports commitments being met with accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.

In this early-stage, high-growth environment, the Account Manager demonstrates ownership, agility, and accountability— balancing executional responsibilities with continuous improvement to strengthen team delivery and operational excellence.

What you will do

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner and Client Support: Support the Partner Success team in serving assigned channel partners and employer clients, contributing to satisfaction, retention, and program success.
  • Operational Delivery Excellence: Coordinate and support benefit implementations, configuration updates, and issue resolution to ensure flawless execution and SLA compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams across Customer Success, Operations, IT, Clinical, and Call Center functions to deliver consistent client outcomes.
  • Performance and Risk Management: Assist in monitoring delivery metrics, proactively identifying risks, and supporting corrective actions to maintain contractual and service-level performance.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Contribute to identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced service delivery using AI-enabled tools and data insights.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the management of end-to-end benefit implementations and ongoing client operational needs, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Serve as day-to-day operational contact for assigned partners and clients—providing updates and coordinating internally to ensure timely responses and resolution
  • Track and report SLA performance, billing accuracy, and issue resolution; escalate potential risks promptly to Partner Success leaders and assist in managing to resolution.
  • Prepare and contribute to client meetings, reports, and dashboards that translate technical and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure readiness for renewals, re-implementations, and plan updates.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to monitor trends, identify issues early, and support proactive client management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, configurations, and communication records to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for all assigned tasks and deliverables, supporting Prescryptive’s standards of operational excellence.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in account management, operations, or implementation support within a PBM or health technology organization
  • Proven success supporting client relationships and operational delivery within SLA-driven environments
  • Knowledge of (or strong understanding of) of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) operations, including claims adjudication, eligibility, billing, and plan design workflows
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable client updates
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve workflows, reporting, or performance tracking
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ownership for deliverables and outcomes

Ideally you will also have

  • 5+ years of project management or operational delivery experience with proven results meeting accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction objectives
  • Experience supporting large employer or payer clients through complex benefit implementations or renewals
  • Background in high-growth or early-stage organizations requiring agility and cross-functional problem-solving
