Senior Software Engineer

Build the rails that global trade will run on

Most engineering jobs are an inch of impact in someone else's system. This one is the opposite: you'll build the core platform of a company automating one of the largest industries on Earth — marketplace infrastructure, escrow and payments, supplier data pipelines spanning 16 countries, and the agentic systems that tie it all together. Your code will move physical goods across oceans.

What you'll own

• Core platform systems — transactions, escrow flows, supplier infrastructure, and the product enterprise buyers touch every day
• Global data pipelines — ingesting and structuring supplier data from search engines, registries, and data providers across 16 countries (including a dedicated China stack — one of the gnarliest, most rewarding data problems anywhere)
• Enterprise integrations — connecting directly into the systems of some of the largest distributors and retailers in the country
• Engineering culture itself — as one of the first ~10 people, the standards you set become the company's DNA

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of engineering experience and a track record of shipping things that mattered
• Excellent backend fundamentals — APIs, data modeling, distributed systems; full-stack range is a plus
• You ship fast, own outcomes end-to-end, and get energy from talking to actual customers
• Bonus points: marketplaces, payments/fintech, logistics, or data-heavy products
