Headquartered in Seattle with an office in San Francisco, we raised $60M Series B in April 2025 led by Sapphire Ventures with Mayfield and Thomson Reuters Ventures, bringing total funding to $91M. We're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to join us in this next phase of growth.
We're looking for passionate team members who are motivated by our mission and ready to help us achieve it.
Who we're looking for
We're building voice AI agents that handle legal intake calls, helping firms capture critical details from people who need help in the moments that matter most.
You'll own our entire voice stack end-to-end: agents that sound natural, handle messy real conversations, stay on-script when they need to, and recover gracefully when things go sideways. Over time, you’ll develop agents that automatically perform tasks for intake teams and set Supio's overall voice strategy.
We're looking for someone who has shipped production voice agents that people actually use on live phone calls. This is a build-it-and-own-it role. If you've shipped voice agents that work in the wild and want to own the entire voice experience at a growing company, let's talk.
What you'll do
- Build and own Supio's voice AI system end-to-end, and design our voice strategy for the future
- Design conversation flows for legal intake scenarios such as gathering case details, qualifying leads, scheduling
- Make our agents sound human with natural pacing, appropriate interruptions, and empathetic responses
- Implement guardrails so agents stay compliant and on-brand even when callers get creative
- Handle real-world voice problems: accents, background noise, emotional callers, crosstalk
- Stay current with state-of-the art voice agent research
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven production voice agent experience: You've built and deployed agents that handle real customer calls at scale
- Full Stack experience: You have experience shipping software products end-to-end
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Compensation
As an early-stage startup, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits. Equity grants are designed to ensure employees share in the long-term success and upside of the company.

- San Francisco, CA: $200,000 - $255,000 annually
Actual compensation may vary outside of these ranges based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
